Who is Presents in a Basket? We are a family business owned and managed by Rachael and Rodney Galloway. Presents in a Basket is an internet based gift giving service with the office based in our home at Brisbane, Australia.

What are your Opening Hours? The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm but since we work from home we are always able to be contacted. Saturday and Sunday can be organised by arrangement.
Feel free to either email us at office@presentsinabasket.com.au as we regularly check our emails. Or call us on 07-3879 6241. If we are away from the phone it will be either diverted to Rachael,s mobile or leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you quickly.
Are Discounts Available? Yes, all multiple orders will receive a discount or if you order regularly why not join our Loyalty Program.
What Products are included in the Gift Baskets? All of the products presented in gift baskets are of high quality and freshness. They have been personally tasted by Rachael, Rodney and their family and are guaranteed delicious.
Can I Custom Design Gifts? All of the hampers on the website are popular choices but if you can't find the perfect gift, why not create your own! Just contact Rachael and she can help you create the perfect gift.
Can I order Flowers? Presents in a Basket is part of the Petals Network. Flowers are available for same day delivery throughout Australia if ordered by 11am.
All gifts which include flowers or indoor plants are only available in the Brisbane and Ipswich areas.

How is my Gift Delivered? Local deliveries in Brisbane and Ipswich are made personally by either Rachael or Rodney.
Deliveries throughout Australia are made by Fastway Couriers. They are a professional, reliable and economic courier service. Their track and trace system lets us know where the gift is at all times. A signature will be recorded with time and date of delivery.
If the recipient works it is best to have the gift delivered to their workplace. If delivery is made to a residential address and nobody is at home, the gift can be left in a safe and secure location. Or if your prefer, a calling card will be left so the receipient can choose a convenient delivery time.
What if there is a problem with delivery of my Gift? We try our best to have the gifts delivered on the day and time requested. Sometimes delays are out of our control due to the weather and traffic conditions. If there is a delay, please be understanding as the gift will be delivered as soon as we can.
If there is ever a problem with the address provided or access to the building, we will contact the recipient to confirm the address or to arrange access.
